Appointment Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, to maintain efficiency and fairness, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice: No charge will apply.
Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of the appointment: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Missed appointments (no-show): The full service fee may be charged.
This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and offer appointment times to other clients.

Parking Requirements
Due to the nature of our service, reasonable and close parking is essential for access to equipment in our van. Clients must ensure that there is suitable parking available within a short walking distance from the property. Parking permits are acceptable as long as they are provided prior to or at the time of the appointment. If parking is unavailable or unreasonable (e.g., no access, long walking distance, or loading restrictions), the appointment may need to be rescheduled and could incur a late cancellation fee. If you are unsure about parking arrangements, please contact us in advance to discuss options.
Access and Readiness
The client must ensure access to the property at the agreed time.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Accepted payment methods: Card, cash or bank transfer.
